⚠️ This is a plain-language starter policy, not legal advice. Have it reviewed by a lawyer before relying on it commercially.
Pundo (“we”, “us”) is a personal betting tracker. You record bets you placed elsewhere; we help you stay disciplined. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
On your device: the bets, settings, and rules you enter are stored locally in your browser/app. If you never create an account, this data stays on your device.
If you create an account (optional): your email, a username/display name, and the stats you choose to share (e.g. wins, ROI, discipline score) are stored in our cloud database (Google Firebase) to power friends, leaderboards and leagues.
Basic technical data: standard logs (e.g. device type, errors) needed to run and secure the service.
What we never do
We never handle real money, place bets, or connect to bookmaker accounts.
We never sell your data.
We never share your bets or stats publicly unless you turn that on.
Your controls
Privacy toggles in your profile control what (if anything) appears on the feed and leaderboards.
You can export or clear all your data from Settings at any time.
To delete your account and associated cloud data, contact us (below).
Service providers
We use Google Firebase (authentication & database) and Cloudflare (hosting & content delivery). Your data is processed by these providers solely to run Pundo.
Children
Pundo is strictly for adults aged 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
